Tennessee Foster Care is the foster care division of Free Will Baptist Family Ministries, a faith-based organization that has been serving Tennessee's children and families since 1939. What began as an orphanage has grown into a full-service ministry that recruits, trains, licenses, and supports foster families across the entire state — guided by Christian values and a genuine belief that every child deserves a stable, loving home.
This project required a different kind of care. The site had to speak to potential foster parents who are curious but uncertain, to families already in the system who need support, and to donors who want to invest in something meaningful. We designed and built a site that leads with warmth and purpose, with copy written to meet people where they are — acknowledging that fostering is hard, and that no one should face it alone. Every page was structured to move visitors toward the next step: learning more, attending training, or beginning the licensing process.
